Limbobet Licence: Anjouan Register vs. Curaçao Terms
Who Runs Limbobet and Under Which Licence
This page sets out what can actually be checked about the company and the licence behind limbobet.com, and where the operator's own documents contradict each other. limbobetcasino.com is an independent information site, not the operator. Everything below comes from the operator's footer and rules pages and from the Anjouan licence register, checked on 2 October 2026 unless another date is given.
The Operator Named in the Footer
The footer of limbobet.com (Farsi and English versions, checked 2 October 2026) states that www.limbobet.com is owned and operated by Giga Fintech Limited, registration number 000049287, registered address San Victor Street, Orange Walk Town, Belize. The same footer says the site is licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros, under licence number ALSI-202510034-FI1. The contact e-mail given there is [email protected].
What the Anjouan Register Shows
The licence number can be matched against the register. According to the Vantegris License Index, a mirror of the Anjouan register (fetched 27 September 2026, https://vantegris.com/data/anjouan/), licence ALSI-202510034-FI1 belongs to Giga Fintech Limited and has these details:
- Status: valid; licence type: B2C
- Issued: 9 October 2025
- Expiry: 8 October 2026
- Domains covered: arabbet.com, betgoal.online, bordbet.com, cepbahis.com, hattrick.bet, limbobet.com, pishbini.com, safabet.com
So limbobet.com is one of eight gambling sites run under the same licence. The expiry date is six days after our check. Whether the licence has been renewed cannot be known in advance: after 8 October 2026, look it up yourself on the official verification page at https://anjouangaming.com/public-register/verify-a-licence/ before depositing. If the register no longer shows it as valid, treat the site as unlicensed.
A separate register entry, ARL Trading Ltd (ALSI-202602012-FI1, a B2B licence), lists a domain called limbosolution.com. That entry is not the casino licence and should not be confused with it.
The Contradiction: Curaçao in the Operator's Own Terms
The operator's documents do not agree on who is behind the site:
- General Terms and Conditions, section 2 (limbobet.com/rules/en/7331): the information is provided "under the license of Enter Gaming B.V.", Curaçao, licence number 1668/JAZ; the same terms name Inpulsio Ltd (Cyprus) as payment processor.
- Dispute Resolution page: governing law and the competent courts are those of Curaçao.
- Privacy and KYC pages: name "Enter Gaming B.V." and the brand "Pishbini".
- Fairness & RNG page: refers to Enter Gaming B.V. as the company running the games.
- Footer and register: Giga Fintech Limited, Belize, Anjouan licence ALSI-202510034-FI1.
The legal pages look like text copied from a sister brand and never updated. The operator publishes no explanation of how Enter Gaming B.V. and Giga Fintech Limited are related. In practice it means that if you ever have a dispute, the terms you agreed to point to a different company and a different jurisdiction from the licence in the footer. Keep that in mind before depositing larger sums.
The Curaçao Seal in the Footer
The footer also links to a Curaçao eGaming validation seal (accreditation.curacao-egaming.com/validateview.aspx?domain=limbobet.com). On 2 October 2026 the host behind that link did not resolve (DNS failure), so the seal cannot be opened or verified. It does not count as evidence of a Curaçao licence.
Player Funds
The Dispute Resolution page states plainly that the company "does not hold Users' funds in segregated or separately protected bank accounts" and that no interest is paid on them. Your balance is therefore not ring-fenced from the operator's own money. If the operator stops paying or disappears, there is no published protection scheme for balances.
Fairness and RNG
The Fairness & RNG Testing page says game outcomes come from "a certified and audited random number generator" and that RNG details for a specific game are in that game's information section. It names no testing laboratory and links to no certificate, so the claim cannot be checked independently. Slots and other games from outside studios (on 2 October 2026 the lobby linked titles from Pragmatic Play, Booongo, Inbet, Galaxsys and BetOnGames/FastGames) carry their providers' own game rules and RTP information.
Verification and Anti-Money Laundering
The General Terms allow the operator to request identity documents at any time and to restrict withdrawals while checks run. Before any cash-out, the profile has to be complete and the e-mail, mobile number and passport/ID data verified. For withdrawals above 50,000 RUB the terms also ask for a photo of the passport or ID page, a utility bill (a mobile phone bill is not accepted) and both sides of the card used, with the middle digits and the CVV covered. Only one account is allowed per person, household, address, shared computer and IP address.
Restricted Countries
Under General Terms 4.4 the operator does not accept players from the United States, Spain, Italy, France, the United Kingdom, Ukraine, Turkey, Portugal, Germany, Hungary and the Netherlands. Accounts from these countries are blocked, and the operator decides at its own discretion what happens to the money on them. The list can change without notice. Countries that are not on the list may still prohibit online gambling under local law, so check the rules where you live.
How to Complain
Under the Anjouan framework the route is:
- Complain to the operator first, in writing ([email protected] or the LiveChat on the site), and keep copies.
- If the complaint is not resolved within 30 days, you can take it to one of the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) providers approved by Anjouan, at the operator's cost: EGIS ADR, Axion ADR, iGaming ADR or CADRE B.V. The current list is at https://anjouangaming.com/resources/authorized-adr-providers/.
Be aware that the operator's own Dispute Resolution page still refers to Curaçao law and courts, which may be used against an Anjouan-route complaint. Screenshots of your balance, bets, chat transcripts and payment confirmations are your strongest evidence either way.
Bottom Line
Limbobet's footer names a real company and a licence number that the Anjouan register mirror lists as valid until 8 October 2026. Against that stand legal pages that still describe a Curaçao company, a Curaçao seal that does not load, player funds that are explicitly not segregated and an RNG claim with no named auditor. Check the licence status on the official register yourself, read the General Terms before you deposit, and only play with money you can afford to lose.
